According to Deloitte’s report, only 17% of CEOs are ready to run companies with usual employees and AI robots.
Deloitte analysts surveyed 10 000 businessmen and HR experts from 140 countries. Specialists note that digital revolution has done its part and lots of companies are in tune for automation. 90% of respondents think that enterprises should be reorganized this year, 41% are already implementing AI technologies. Nevertheless, only 17% of CEOs are ready to run a “mixed” company because AI technologies and smart robots seem to be complicated and poorly controlled.
Despite this fear companies must implement AI solutions if they want to keep up with their rivals. However, the automation should be carried out with employees being taught at the same time. It is important to have AI specialists working in companies.
According to Deloitte, 56% of companies have already started using digital and mobile solutions while 33% are using machine learning.
Analysts have also said that empathy which helps to establish effective communication between employees will be of high value in the nearest future.
