Ambassador Dmytro Senik spoke at the NUS Law School, the National University of Singapore by the invitation of Professor Simon Tay who is also the Chairman of the Singapore Institute of International Affairsranked the best independent think-tank in Asia.
Dmytro Senik briefed on Ukraine’s legal efforts to stop russian agression, restore the Ukrainian sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as abide Russia by the international law, ensure fulfillment of its bilateral and international commitments.
This event was organized on the auspicious date – four years ago on March 27, 2014, the UNGA adopted the resolution A/RES/68/262 “Territorial Integrity of Ukraine”, which affirmed the territorial integrity of Ukraine within its recognized borders and underscored the invalidity of the “referendum” in Crimea in 2014. Ukraine is grateful that Singapore was among the nations supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the international law.
