The State Property Fund of Ukraine estimated the economic effect of privatization at 3.4 billion.
This was reported by the press service of the FSMU.
It is noted that it was calculated as follows:
2.4 billion – funds from the sale of objects;
495 million – returned debts of enterprises to employees and the budget;
480 million – payment of VAT (20% of winning bets).
“All these funds go to support the Defense Forces. In addition, the new owners of unprofitable state facilities create businesses, jobs and pay millions in taxes,” the message added.
