This year, India is celebrating 70 years of her independence.
Despite extensive diversity in the country, India has made significant progress in these 70 years to become one of the fastest growing large economies in the world.
At present, India’s economic progress is also reflected in the bilateral relationship of India and Ukraine.
Bilateral trade in 2017 is expected to touch US$ 2.8 billion making India the 7th largest trading partner for Ukraine.
India is the largest recipient of sunflower oil from Ukraine.
New products have been added into our trade basket in 2017 which include blood related products and pulses. A festival of India was celebrated in Ukraine in 2017 with over 30 events organized during the year.
