On the evening of July 9, Pierre Heilbronn, the special envoy of France for aid and reconstruction, arrived in Ukraine.
According to “European Truth”, Pierre Heilbronn informed his audience that he had arrived in Ukraine on his Twitter.
The envoy wrote about it as follows: “Return to Ukraine! On the side of this country and its people after 500 days of systematic destruction.”

He also added in his tweet that the purpose of the trip is to discuss with the EU and G7 countries the transformation in Ukraine, reforms, numerous projects in various fields, namely: health care, critical infrastructure, modern technologies and education.
