Graduated from the Lviv University named after Ivan Franko majoring in the “international journalism” with Master’s Degree. Has got PHD in the social communication.
She worked at television and radio mass media at the civil organizations and charity foundations. She became a Parliament member during the extraordinary elections in the year 2014 being the first candidate from the Samopomich political party.
In 2014 American magazine Foreign Policy included Hanna Hopko into annual list of 100 Global Thinkers. She has got the National Democratic Institute Award in 2014.
She was born in Region of Lviv in the village of Hanachyvka. She is married and has a daughter, Sophia.
The recreation and renovation of forces I can enjoy only in the native village. Also, I like the Carpathians and I am sure that I will have a rest with my child in the Ukrainian Crimea.
