  • 1993–1994 — Adviser to the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Austria.
  • 1994–1996 — Adviser to the Embassy of Ukraine in the Federal Republic of Germany.
  • 1996–1999 — Head of the Department of Foreign Policy, Head of the Head Office on Foreign Policy Activities of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine.
