The project highlights the moral and ethical problems of humanity regardless of time and space. They emerged together with human civilization and with its development only worsened and became keener. We say that modern society is experiencing moral disorientation and moral “fall”.

That is what Francisco de Goya showed in his works in the early nineteenth century in Spain, and in the middle of the nineteenth century – Taras Shevchenko in Ukraine. The artists were working in times when their nation needed moral and ethical guidelines and self-determination. Shevchenko had – “Picturesque Ukraine”, “Suite of Loneliness”, “The Parable of the Prodigal Son”, Francisco de Goya – “Caprichos”, “Horrors of War”, “Parables”.

The social part of the event is represented by works of children from the ATO area (projects “Donbass: Peace in Focus” and “Return Peace to Me”), as well as children with special needs within the social project “House of Goodness “, who express the acute reflection of what is happening around in their drawings.

The combination of the works of genius painters of the past, present artist and children’s works in one space helps better understand and hear each other, think about the social problems that Taras Shevchenko highlighted in his works in Ukraine, Francisco de Goya and Carlos Garcia Laos in Spain, and which are currently central today, everywhere and any time.
